2 x 10 Student Strategy

Student to Student
Student Shout Outs
Students write "Shout Outs" to each other in the classroom. Teach expectations around this box. All "Shout Outs" should be positive, kind and specific. Students can include their name or by anonymous. The teacher can pull and read multiple papers on Friday to read to the class. Friday all notes can be delivered to the students who received the Shout Out! This cultivates positivity between students in the class. |

Class Charter
Come up with a Class Charter together with your student. It’s a great way to gain positive student buy-in! Clear expectations can reduce classroom disruptions. |
Class Mascot
Flash travels to a special student who is listening, on task and following the school expectations. Once Flash finds his student, then that special student can sit in the Flash Spot! This is a great way to motivate students to steer away from disruptive behaviors. |
