Turkey Drawing Game
Turkey drawing is a great game at Thanksgiving! Each student gets the "Roll a Turkey" sheet and a dice. They roll the dice to create a turkey. If they roll a number that has already been rolled and drawn, they roll again. The first student to finish their turkey wins. Click here for a printable copy! |
Thankful Pumpkins
Create your own classroom pumpkin patch full of thankful pumpkins. Pre cut strips of orange paper about 8 inches long and 3/4 inch wide. Have students write, "I am thankful for ____". Then curl the pieces in to be stapled, glued or tacked. This fun activity celebrates the fall season and teaches the social/emotional skill of thankfulness. |
Gratitude Garland
Looking for a social/emotional fall activity? Try Gratitude Garland! Pre cut leaves of different colors for students to choose from for their garland. Have students write what they are grateful for on each leaf. Then have students glue or tape the leaves on ribbon or twine. This is a great activity to celebrate life, then decorate your classroom with gratitude! |
